Welcome to OAETC – Obedience Academy Educational & Training Center

Daily Morning Cohorts meet every weekday morning and focus on devotional reading, Scripture review, reflection questions, prayer, identity teaching, and intentional spiritual development. Monday through Wednesday include identity-focused teachings designed to help participants grow in spiritual maturity, healing, and wholeness.

Leadership development is also incorporated throughout the week by allowing developing leaders to facilitate, teach, pray, and grow in confidence and obedience while being guided through the process. Wednesdays include Search the Word prayer and reflection, while Fridays feature Search the Word teachings led by leaders in development.

Guided Cohorts are structured weekly discipleship gatherings that walk participants through various His Bride First™ teachings and development journeys such as Create in Me, Removing Idols, Identity, Healing, Holiness, Maturity, Calling, and Leadership Development. These gatherings provide biblical teaching, guided reflection, prayer, discussion, and spiritual formation while helping participants grow in intimacy with God and preparation as the Bride of Christ.

Cohorts serve as a space for instruction, heart-work, healing, accountability, and practical application as individuals walk through intentional spiritual and personal development.

Monthly In-Person Cohorts provide a space for deeper connection, discipleship, teaching, prayer, activation, and community building through the His Bride First™ journey. These gatherings allow participants to come together for extended teaching, reflection, discussion, workshops, leadership development, and practical application in a more intimate and interactive environment.

Topics may include Identity, Healing, Holiness, Removing Idols, Emotional & Spiritual Development, Leadership Growth, Purpose, and Wholeness while encouraging participants to continue growing in obedience, maturity, and preparation as the Bride of Christ.

Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth is a focused Bible study where we return to the foundation of God’s Word. This is not about deep debates, complicated theology, or performance. It is about going back to the basics — reading Scripture plainly, understanding what it says, and applying it to our daily lives. We are keeping it simple. We are slowing down. We are allowing the Word to instruct, correct, and shape us.

This class is for those who desire spiritual maturity, clarity, and alignment — women who want to build their lives on truth and be made ready as His Bride.

One-on-one coaching designed to help individuals grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally while preparing their hearts to become the Bride Christ is returning for. These sessions focus on identity, healing, wholeness, obedience, spiritual maturity, purpose, and personal development through biblical principles, reflection, accountability, and practical guidance.

This coaching encourages individuals to posture their hearts toward God, allow Him to lead their development, and become prepared for whatever He has called them to in life, including purpose, leadership, relationships, marriage, and service.
